What is the TenaZ NODIET Method?
The TenaZ NODIET Method is a flexible lifestyle plan that helps you lose fat, improve energy, and eat real food — without strict diets or calorie counting.
Core Rule: 1 Meal + 2 Replacements
Eat 1 proper meal per day (Brunch, Lunch or Dinner)
Replace the other 2 meals with:
– A TenaZ Shake + Veggies, or
– Just Veggies

✅ Basic Instructions
🔹 Serving Size:
• 1 scoop (15g) per meal
• If you weigh more than 100kg or exercise to improve your health, fitness or fat loss results, add a lean protein the size of your palm with your Shake
🔹 Replace Meals:
• For weight loss: Replace 2 meals per day (usually lunch and dinner)
• For weight maintenance: Replace 1 meal per day
💧 How to Mix your Shake
Mix 1 scoop with one of the following:
• Water – for fastest weight loss
• Yogurt or Milk
– Full cream (first 4 hours of the day)
– Low fat (first 8 hours)
– Fat-free (first 12 hours)
• Sugar-free juice or diet cold drink
• Blend with spinach for a “Popeye Shake” (great for hunger control)

• If you’re still hungry after your Shake, eat up to 3 cups of veggies
• Drink water: Your weight ÷ 10 = glasses per day
